European Apostolic Team
Why this name? The name given to the Team was no accident! We feel a call from God to be
As those called to exercise leadership across our family of churches, this is what we want to be. The name carries a sense of intention and faith about how God is calling us to fulfil his mandate to us. What does it do? We try to set an atmosphere of leadership in which the values we hold and the direction God is telling us to take can be worked out. A number of the team have spheres of apostolic influence in their own right, so they try to apply the corporate values within their own spheres. A number of the team have other recognised ministries, but constantly seek to use these ministries to further our corporate vision. We are trying to encourage evangelistic vision and enterprise; to foster a culture of churchplanting in all our churches; to develop a heart amongst our family of churches for mission to many nations; to provoke a wider commitment to the Kingdom of God in all its breadth and depth; to challenge all leaders to train up and invest in future leadership; to encourage continually a sense of family, accountability and relational integrity amongst all leaders; to kindle an atmosphere of faith for the future, and family identity as we grow into God’s future for us. |
